He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La. and is currently in pursuit of his Professional Engineering License and Construction Management Certification. Mr. White has worked for some of the most well respected Contractors in the country and has held positions such as Assistant Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Estimator, Cost Control Manager, Stormwater Program Manager, and Site Manager.
